Providing and fixing Kitchen Platform with required cutouts for sink. The counter top, shelves, vertical partitions etc. to have 40mm thick cuddappah undercarriage supported on brackets and top finished in 17 to 19mm thick telephonic black granite. The facia to be of black granite 75mm wide along the length of the counter with full round moulding polished etc. The cost to include full round moulding along the perimeter of the sink cutout (polished), making holes for gas pipes in the wall counter top, fixing the stainless steel sink but excluding the cost of sink and CP brass fittings. The exposed vertical side of L-shape shall be cladded with 17 to 19mm thick Telephonic black granite slab (with 3 inch extended heigth above the kitchen platform) with full round edge moulding and polishing etc. The basic cost of granite Rs. 125 - per sqft. The item shall include providing and fixing Angular shape PVC pipe of required dia. and length for hosing LPG Gas pipe.
