Understanding our Work Process

Space planning & concepts development
Creating a space is like spreading light and life to the space with unique ideas. Our approach toward design is unique and incompatible. We inculcate more working drawings, sketches details and pull out a lot of brainstorming sessions and bring out the best in our designers who can visualize, solve and filter out unworkable ideas and refine workable ones.

Presentation
In the initial phase, designers proceed with conceptual drawings, which include furniture layout, material finishes, mood boards, color theme, and decor/furniture placement. Our designers /Architects provide appropriate construction drawings, which include the following;
1. Wall treatments ( window treatment, wall coverings, and paint).
2. Structure/Architectural features (Such as doors, windows elevation, and section).
3. Ceiling plans (light fixtures).
4. Floor plans, site plans, and perspective drawings.
The illustrations, at this point, also include a written specification list that describes in detail all materials and furnishing to be acquired and a schedule listing the kind, finishes, and placement of the design and architectural elements.

Final Design Evaluation and Documentation
Upon client approval, we finalize cost estimates and create a comprehensive solution. Using a critical path project timeline, we outline sequential events and propose a completion date. The resulting design documentation forms the interior designer-client contract, covering sketches, schedules, specifications, and timeframes. Our Engineers, designers manages various aspects, including floor planning, wooden works, electrical accessories, lighting fixtures, kitchens, custom cabinets, furniture, carpets, windows treatment, color schemes, upholstery, modular wardrobes, paintings, wallpapers, antiques, interior glass, and porcelain home decor. We ensure material and specification quality, aligning with client preferences and project specifications.
Execution

During this phase of the execution, designers/architects make regular site visits to coordinate and inspect the amount of quality and quantity, stage-wise to make sure there are no execution flaws.
Handover & Delivery

After finishing the project, we will conduct post-occupancy evaluations. This involves detailed discussions with the client, followed by revisions and adjustments as needed (if any) before handover
